Bert Belasco is a Human Resources Executive and Certified
Master Coach with over 20 years of experience in progressive and
global corporate assignments. He is currently the founder and CEO of
the Netcast Corporation, a consulting practice specializing in
executive coaching, executive search, workplace development and diversity and inclusion
programs. Netcast Corporation is certified by the National Minority
Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) and the New York State Economic
Development Office.
Prior to launching his
practice, Bert was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for
Workflow Management, a privately-held printing and fulfillment firm in
Greenwich, Connecticut.
Before joining Workflow,
Bert established an impressive HR career, rising to the position of
Vice President of Human Resources with the Sara Lee Corporation based
in Chicago, Illinois. His expertise in organization redesign, change
management, and executive coaching was a critical factor leading to
the successful integration of several major corporate acquisitions,
including Wexler Coffee, Continental Coffee, Chock Full O’ Nuts, MJB,
and Hills Brothers. In addition to leading HR teams across the U.S.,
he gained global experience managing teams in Canada, Mexico and
Europe.
Bert is a retired Lieutenant
Colonel in the U.S. Army and Graduate of the Army’s Command and
General Staff College and a distinguished graduate of the Defense
Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI), receiving the Bronze
Star for his service during Operation Desert Storm. |
